National Honor's Societies
Nogales High School offers various Honor Society groups. The purpose of these organizations shall be to create enthusiasm for scholarships, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, and to develop character in the students here at NHS. Membership in these groups is subject to GPA scores, volunteer hours, and other requirements that must be met within the parameters of each club.
General membership guidelines include:
- Membership is an honor bestowed upon a student.
- A member must be a junior or senior
- A member must have and maintain a 3. 5 unweighted cumulative G.P.A.
- A member must maintain behavior that is acceptable and honorable in accordance to the guidelines of NHS
- A member can be removed if they fail to comply with membership guidelines and/or are found to behave in a dishonorable manner.

Honors Societies on campus include:
- National Honors Society
- National Art Honors Society
- National Science Honors Society
- National Technical Honors Society
- National Kitty Hawk Honors Society (ROTC)
