Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) Unit AZ-952 was established in 1995 at Nogales High School. This unit has an illustrious history of community service and often achieves almost 2000 community service hours each year. The unit promotes the A.F.J.R.O.T.C mission of "Developing Citizens of Character" with great emphasis on core values as a model for cadet success. From our founding year we have pursued these three core principles: 1) We promote integrity first, 2) Service before self, and 3) Excellence in all we do. Values that lay emphasis on beginning with the truth are a good start for success in life. In addition to this, not being selfish helps the overall health of any organization. Finally, dealing with high standards promotes success from success.

Please feel free to contact us at any normal duty hours. We have a contact page on this site. AZ-952 occupies NHS building “S” and maintains a unit population of approximately 160 cadets annually. Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Coups does not pursue recruitment into military service, but rather good citizenship. In retrospect, we desire and promote strong citizenship; citizens of high moral character and patriotism that leads to a stronger nation. Our youth, being our future, must practice what they will be during their adult lives.
