In the AFJROTC program, cadets are expected to meet a set of standards that promote personal growth, leadership, and discipline. The following outlines general course expectations: attendance and punctuality, uniform wear, participation, respect and conduct, physical fitness, academic effort, community service, and last but not least, teamwork and leadership. By meeting these expectations, cadets will be able to succeed in the program and develop important life skills such as discipline, leadership, and responsibility.
